1.  We provide the best of both worlds by combining the affordability of furniture packages with the unique custom look of an Interior designer.  We make sure that all of our projects stand out to potential renters while being affordable for the owner.  

2. Our goal is to do the best work possible. We are a family run business and we only take on a limited number of projects at a time. We have excellent customer service and great communication with our clients. Your project will never be delayed because we are busy with another client.

3. We help you to succeed. We know the local market and the business of vacation rentals. We want to share our knowledge with you. We carefully consider all the furniture, art, décor, and  interior design choices. 

4. When we are finished working on your home it will be ready rent.

  • Everything your guests need to dwell comfortably will be supplied. 
  • Before we go we have have your home cleaned from top to bottom. We even steam the window curtains.  
  • We have your home professionally photographed and oversee the session to make sure that every detail is right.  Your photographs will be the most important part of marketing your home. 

5. You can see our work in person. We do not have a showroom but we can make arrangements for your to tour our past projects. You can see us in the following popular communities: Windsor at Westside,   Windsor Island Resort,  Veranda Palms, Windsor Palms Resort,   Story Lake Resort  and Summer Lakes Groves.

6. We are active in Central Florida and especially the greater Orlando area. Vacation rentals are prevalent within a 30 Minute drive from Disney World.  We work in Champions Gate, Celebration, Four Corners, Winter Garden, Lake Nona, Moss Park and more.
